ha, i've said this many of times. when i ride, i'm only feeling tension in my thighs in the area above my knees--or "quads" as aydo told me :D.

but yeah, it's understandable when you use your calves as you trackstand :)

what helmet do you wear, vee?

Its an '04 and the stem is a 3T Mutant 120. I got mine off ebay. They come in tons of colors like chrome, black, red, yellow, blue. I think I even saw a zebra one once.

Very sexy fork..I like..what brand r they??

heh it looks great!.

if i cross my eyes, it kind of looks like a giant robot gorilla humping a bunch of bananas..

but it's very clean, and rides solid no doubt.

what kind of valve is that on your aerospoke? looks like one of those schraeder attachments.. iono

nice tho and the stem curvature + rear fender...

For 40,000 good luck, shits getting bought up like mad. Carnival gets new shit in a lot and sometimes you can get lucky. I got a nice frame for 45000. Punch in asakusa has stuff, but less consistant with stock and not necessarily cheaper. Your other options are pretty much the internet. Troll mixi fixed gear forums and put up a wtb type post. You might get lucky. Other options aren't really in tokyo. And, I'd assume you're looking for keirin.

I'm planning on checking out punch as soon as i can. i hear they have wacky hours. my japanese is terrible so the internet is out. I'd love keirin but I'm just looking for a new frame/fork basically. not specifically a keirin setup. I heard about a used bike shop but i can't remember where i was told it was an idea?? any other help you could offer about finding somethign would be awesome.

no thanks, but thanks for the offer :)

things i'm going to get (in order of importance... kinda):

-sugino 75 chainring/cog/chain

-front deep v

-king headset

-stem/seatpost/fork

and eventually phil hubs... which means i'll probably need new wheels...

My pump that I have for some reason can grab onto the presta valve that is on there so I put the schraeder adapter on it so it has something to grip.

Im almost done with it. Im selling my single speed so that I can get a set of black sugino 75s. Then its basically done. A Chris King headset and powdercoating wouldn't hurt though.

Its funny, I posted here and I get love. I posted on BikeForums.net and all I get is hate.
