no mang.... just VA beach and norfolk. spent some time at the studio and ate at way too many all-you-can-eat buffets. oh, and it was 85 degrees and everyone skipped work/school to hang out at the beach.

For those wishing to buy but unable to find their size (i.e. moi) in correspondence back in Feb, Toshiko said that Samurai would be doing a re-run of the S0500xx in April so I guess that means we should expect them to be back on the website sometime soon.

I love these jeans but I've got some issues with them.

1. The pocket bags are to cheap a fabric, they've almost worn out.:eek:

2. I've had to re-stitch the back pockets as they where on there way to coming off.

3. I blew out a seam on the hip. Now I have a big hole.

4. The top button is coming loose, I'm scared I'm going to loose my precious samurai button.

Despite all of this I still think they're good jeans. I tend to be somewhat hard on my denim and this isn't so bad. My usual problem is the denim itself tearing so at least these repairs are easy. I'd like to get some 5000bk's after all this is done.

Not only has all the thread come off the back, including the arctuate and the stitching that keeps the damn pockets on, but the front stitching has broken on both sides of mine.

It seems like thats happening to all of us... but its never happened on any of my other jeans before.
