did new label went back to fit true size or what?

New april is smaller in waist, i want to do an order but i don't know if choose a 28 (my old april 77 measure) or 29..

I emailed them to ask about VAT exemption for US customers;

I got an answer back saying I need to contact customs office;;;;;

I'm pretty sure they don't know what they're doing.

edit. i'm gonna wait til cultizm stocks on new items before purchasing any of their stuff. VAT shit + 24 euro shipping is ridiculous

keep in mind that shipping from france is pretty expensive, plus the currency change.. But i have to agree that the selection made on the online shop is poor, just a way to get the "best seller" i guess.

Anyways, stuff is still pretty good on Parisian store, bunch of old pieces have been stocked lately (blazers hummm) , and new pieces are cool as well ( in the fw09 collection way , native shit etc ). only in limited edition, that's why they dont put it on the online shop maybe.

sizing is actually pretty insane on new denims ( Ride fit one or two size bigger than others jeans ! ).. Dont try these new Joeys, but i guess sizing have not change on 'em as it's a classic cut from the brand , take a 27 and it'll work.

Dictator fit don't changed as well.

i have two new pairs of joeys, overdrive raw and hi standard, and both fit completely differently despite being the same size. the overdrives are like, almost baggy (for a77) while the hi standard are pretty fucking tight. sizing is all wacked out for sure

just finished cleaning up some stuff at my parents' house and found these buried at the back of my old bedroom closet; i ended up exchanging the 30s for a size 29 which is unfathomable to me in 2020. they're now available as-new with a ton of other stuff at the salvation army in darlington, so hopefully someone picks up a cheap steal!

since retiring april, it appears brice now runs a new parisian label called 'satisfy running'.

edit: seems fitting that this thread died on page 77, too.
