Depends what you want my dude.......if you want BY FAR the highest number of beautiful college girls but don't mind an abundance of Abercrombie/frat dicks, the Palms and the Hard Rock are the most popular traditional "party hotels", albeit they are not on the strip (a short cab ride away).....

If you have never been to Vegas and are on a budget as you said, consider Imperial Palace or the Flamingo, which are by no means "luxury" but are dirt cheap, large, and right on the strip; afterall you should never be spending much time in your room, which is why I usually never give a shit where I stay. In Vegas it doesn't matter if the hotel itself has nice restaurants/bars since all hotels on the strip are seconds/minutes apart and all have decent bars, etc. Not to mention you can drink on the street and the place never shuts down.....ah, the life. If budget is semi-important yet you might want to splurge a little, I would advise Caesar's Palace as it is by and large the biggest hotel in Vegas with an fucking unbelievably enormous mall, one of the hottest clubs in Vegas, and great tables......

Either way, if you do want to go to some of the "wait in line for 4-hr. clubs" get in touch with them via email and RSVP for the night you will be there. Most of the top clubs such as Body English (Hard Rock), Ghost Bar (Palms), and Pure (Caesar's) will put you on their list, which will help avoid lines as long as you get in touch with them ahead of time. thanks for the info guys...i dont mind spending money while im there, thats why im going. just trying to find the best bang for my buck sort of business. ya know.

For real cheap but fairly close to everything...The Bourbon Street..man it's cheesy and kind of run down though. Saw some lame made for TV Steven Segal movie on cable the other day where there was a 5 minute car chase and during the chase they passed the Bourbon St. hotel Casino like 10 times...(must of been the cheapest street that they could close down for filming).

Be prepared to spend a fucking grip if you want to have a good time. Going to Vegas underfunded is like sitting in the very back of a crowded titty bar with 3 singles in your pocket...it's kind of like a dry hump.
