my cat is learning to stick her paw into my fish's bowl. soon, she's going to be able to eat. i kind of want this to happen. the fish is an old christmas present from a horrible ex-boyfriend. i just couldn't kill it myself.

My brother once bought me two hermit crabs, they were okay for a month then they started tapping their plastic cage at night and I couldn't sleep. "Forgot" to feed them for a month, problem solved.

Those fucking espn sappy special coverage things make me kinda emotional every time. The one about j-mack the autistic kid, the one today about the high school bball team playing their season after their coach died, and even the stupid secrateriat one. I dunno, something about the editing, music and narration i guess.

I just found out an hour ago that an old friend was found dead in his apartment.. he'd been dead for three days and they're saying he had a heart attack.

He was my boss at my first proper job fourteen years ago then turned into a good friend.

He was the hiphop music buyer at the world's best music store, Amoeba Records.

I'm going to see Catpower tonight and I'm secretly hoping she'll play more "The Greatest" and "You are free" songs than "Jukebox" stuff, I mean "Jukebox" is nice but it's all covers.

Alternatively I'd also be happy if she just played "Metal Heart" all night and made out with me afterwards, but that's maybe a bit much asked...

hah, me my brother and my dad (who absolutely loved the concert, and who we take to shows all the time) all posted up on the top floor facing directly center stage. best view in the place as far as i could tell. im relaly not a fan of being on the floor at these sorta gigs, and it was so much better cause no one was pushing on us or anything. just a great night, totally made up for a shitty/boring prom.

Today my Xbox got the 3 red lights and I can't find the receipt, I found that a £280 piece of music hardware I bought isn't compatible with what I already have and I still haven't revised for any exams which start next week
