I always thought the Supreme selvage denim was moderately priced. Think it was around 160 or so last I was there.

^ well, from that tiny pic, they can still go either way (savage/crushed style or basic washed). it doesnt help that the pic is cut off right at the end of where it's supposed to say "savage level ..."

how hyped up is NBHD denim? a friend of my cousin's just paid good money for a pair of jeans and i don't know why he's willing to do it. probably idiocy. but are people actually willing to pay for their stuff?

^ yes. the old NH savage jeans from '03 and '04 season (ie. the so-called max savage, ripper savage and metal savage) can easily fetch $800 to $1000 on yahoo jp and ebay

I've had a couple pair of both savage and basic washed NBHD denim and I wasn't blown away by the quality. I've since sold them both at a profit on ebay. However, I could still see myself copping a pair of washed basics from a newer season if I spot them at a price I can't pass up...

I don't know about all the crazy distressed/logo patched/mad expensive type stuff. Its too flashy for even me, and that's definitely saying something... I agree with our omnipotent and questionably omniscient moderator that this type stuff is all sorts of hypebeast (although that term itself almost seems to be "hype" in itself)

well, there have been 2 previous models that were called "fragment savage" although i'm not sure if they're collabo with HF's fragment or just a coincidental naming (they both feature patches). i;m leaning towards the former though

btw, the SRDR x NBHD jeans look horrible, imo.. tweedlesinpink. if you can drop 1 G SGD on it.... oh well, but if you cant sell it, i dunno man..

i agree about the SRDRxNBHD...not worth the money in my opinion. There's other crazy distressed denim in that price range that is more worth buying (or buy like three pair of sugarcanes and experiment with your own distressings)
