i have some broken in DMs but they are from the 80's and therefore don't have anything to do with the current version, which is made much less well.

the funny thing is that i stopped wearing them in the late 80s when i discovered real boots like whites and dayton's... so i had issues with the quality of DMs back then, before the drop in quality to today's levels.

FACE, I"ve been wearing them for over a year and comfort is great. The sole however is starting to wear thin and the leather upper is on the verge of tearing, but I treat mine like crap.
