Hey Guys,

The website has not been 100% since just before the holidays. Our team has been working on getting it back up, but with all the holidays it's taking longer than it should. Alex is on holiday, and must not have access to his emails. Thanks for your patience with all this, and we should have everything running back to normal by Thursday.

I think they're having some serious issues getting the site up and running; It's not the only inconsistency I've noticed. I'd hold back on placing orders until you hear from Alex or anyone else associated with the store.

I've spoken to Alex directly several days ago via email about an exchange and he said its processing. It does appear just like shoreman said that they're having serious website issues. You might try to call them.
