Just got my PS in size 29 and could close the upper button without a problem. Dont know how much they will stretch. Before I had a pair of NC in size 28 that was to tight for me in the waist and around the tight.

Does generally denim stretch when they fit good from the start? I mean when jeans are mad tight I can understand that they stretch 1-2 sizes. Hmm really hard to decide.

Those are a size 29 and my true waist is 34". The fades were so rad but they were uncomfortable as fuck for my man parts.

i don't think sizing down 5 is physically possible.. what is your height/weight?

The true waist on those is roughly 31" so I sized down three. They were extremely tight at first yes, and even after the seams were ripping and they had stretched a ton, they were still tight. They looked awesome but they were my most uncomfortable jeans.

I'm about 5'10" ~ 5'11" and around 160 pounds.

Goes to show: such a fit, such a fade with APCs is only achievable with some sacrifice.....

Long time lurker here that needs some critique. I been wearing APC NS for a while now in sz 27 but needed something slimmer. I just bought APC PS in 27 and they're pretty tight compared to the NS. I'm able to button everything and they're sort of loose at the waist but my thighs and calves are dying. Do they look good on my body and should I keep or return?

perfect fit, it will stretch just enough with some good wear.

Oh, Avanty, absolutely second The Northern here. Keep them, wear them in, give them hell. Just consult Redstar's post a few entries up, how his great fitting and looking jeans "killed" his most precious parts in the early stages.

I actually think they already look great fit-wise, and will be so very great when worn in.

after they do their apc stretching and sag down they will be looking good. At the moment the fit, IMHO, is way too legging tight.

Specs/nerdy info:

Size: 29

Wear/wash: One year worn hard, no washes/soaks. Machine washed cold inside out and hung dried. The whiskers looked the same after the wash but the honeycombs and stacks were more pronounced (in terms of fading)

Also note, that is NOT me holding them up, I am the picture taker.

My understanding is PS = more fitted NS and NC is skinny NS right? Meh, either way I really like these jeans, but I don't know if the fit is spot on.

As it is my hips hurt a lot with these buttoned all the way to the top. When I first got them I couldn't even button the top button. The rest of the fit would prob be perfect if I sized down, but will they really stretch enough at the waist?

nah du, im the same dimensions as you with a 28, and they're stretching out to just the right waist size (no loose fabric on the waist). The fit is spot on for NS, dont fret unless you're wanting to get a skinnier fit, then you shoulda went for the NC then.

Thanks dude.. I like these APCs so much I'll probably just keep this pair and invest in another cut sometime down the road.

What have you guys found to be the best way to kill odor? As it is mine are in my freezer right now in a ziploc bag but that probably won't make that big of a difference. Would love to hear some other remedies. TIA
