It all depends where in bk you are, it's a big place..

Some areas are as pricey as manhattan, in others you can get even more for your money than I lucked out on, but in less desirable locations. All depends.

I found it on streeteasy.com. Fantastic site, extremely easy, informative, and legitimate compared to craigslist. Use it.
