I'm really confused. There was an XS selling on SF but I didn't get it cos the measurements posted meant that the shoulders were a little narrow for me. But if I use your measurements, the shirt would fit just fine.

That 17.25" is probably measured across the back.

That's what I get on mine.

But 16" across the front.
