What would somebody do with those jeans. I wouldn't be able to wear them.

They're worth more than $4000. Jeans in this condition this old do NOT come by very often. I'm sure the bidders are only interested for collecting's sakes. The longer they are kept in this condition, the more they're worth.

Seriously amazing to see a pair of jeans pre-1952 in the same condition that my 5EPs were when I bought them.

that guy's bids were removed by the seller...auctions like this always seem to be hijacked by non-payers

I would be worried if I had zero f/back, irrational bidders like the one who's winning at the moment. Makes an auction look dodgy, too. Knowing when to cancel zero f/back bidders' bids is always a fine art...
