in high school, probably sophomore year summer, my friends are I would drive around our city and spray people with water guns.. lol.

once, we were driving in one of our friends neighborhoods and a girl was getting her mail. i rolled down the window and yelled and she dropped her mail, screamed, and came running at us with pepper spray.

another time, we pulled over to some junior high kids and asked them where the local taco bell was. we knew, but they came right up to my window and i sprayed them in the face.
