Liberation1945: check the blacklist thread, i wrote about this guy long time ago.. after i wrote there, he told me that my parcel turned up at his post office and that he would arrange for me to get it back (this was in may) but yeah, you can figure out the rest.

maybe he mistyped the amount but probably most likely after seeing several interests he decided to raise the price. kinda like if no one was biting he'd have to lower it.

anyone that is worried should pay via credit card through paypal. theres probably a loophole in which one gets out of it (i haven't thought of one yet) but usually if its a scammer and paypal won't side with you claim wise then you could always just do a chargeback via credit card. if you don't have much experience/abuse with it you should be able to get your money back that way. never ever pay with funds already in your paypal or link your bank account to paypal.
