Samurai, D'artisan, Denime, Dry Bones in Tokyo?

Hi wassup guys, I'll be hitting Tokyo this December/January. Can someone point to me where to find Samurai, D'artisan, Denime and Dry Bones (or maybe Eternal as well) in Tokyo? I tried using the search function but couldn't get any definite answer. Seems someone mentioned that there's D'artisan flagship store in Tokyo? If yes, where exactly is it located? Yes, in the "Americamura" section of Osaka. Samurai is also based in Osaka, as is Warehouse. Dry Bones & Denime are out of Tokyo. Both of them have shops in Daikanyama.

Americaya has them all, it's a chain store that sells mostly denim.
