What do you do with your keys?

Seeing how they will eventually stretch and fade my denim, not to mention put awkward shapes on my legs, id rather not carry my keys in my pocket.

For one without a manbag/bag/etc what do you guys use to carry your keys?

Im looking for something I can attach to a belt loop and hang, but more than a simple caribeaner. I really liked the Flat head silver key hook, anyone know anything similar?

i have a DH caribiner keychain that i hook only my beltloop. or if i have a jacket, in the jacket pocket, or if i'm with my girlfriend. in her purse.

I use one small carabiner clip and keep it on my beltloop and either tuck the keys into my coin or back pocket depending.. Otherwise they're on my fannypack (0)

I have a leather loop for my belt. The hardware hooks my keys low enough that I can "float" them in my back pocket.

I live in an apt, and don't have a car. When I go out to a bar I just take the lone key, no keychain or anything and stick it in the watch pocket of my jeans or cords. If I'm wearing dress pants, I stick the lone key in my wallet.

two knuckles deep -- start off putting the rounded, plastic ends in first to prevent internal bleeding, once you stretch the cavity out a fair amount over time, you can get away with just sloppily jamming them up there.

i used to do that too. but then i almost lost that shit one night so i ended up this way.

Car keys in my bag, apartment key/practice room key in my front pocket. I switch pockets every month or so so I don't get a pronounced key fade.

Everytime I leave home I carry a bag with me in which I keep stuff like keys, wallet, my zune and other items. the only device I carry in my pocket is my phone.

I remove them from my pockets whenever possible. Same with my phone and wallet. Oftentimes I sit with my phone, wallet and keys lying on the table or the desk, which may look weird, but I don't really care. Also, if you wear a jacket or sweatshirt, you can also store your keys there when you're walking around and need them.
