To the top! I tried them on last night in my living room and for comparison I would say that they fit just a hair tighter than Spring Court 42s. I really wish I could keep them. Heel to toe the sole measures 11.25''.

Someone cop these before I decide to send them back to Blackbird for store credit!

I find that they fit very true to size.
