FS: APC new standard size 31 (APC sizing) true 33 1/2-34 waist

I have for sale apc new standard jeans size 31, but true size is around 33 1/2 - 34. The waist across measures 17". The jeans have not been hemmed either.

Unfortunately these jeans have grown too big for me and i need a smaller size. they've only been worn slightly and have never been washed, around 25-30 wears. i work in consulting and cannot wear jeans everyday so the wear is not heavy, mostly me walking around not doing anything active. i paid $140 for them and would be interested in getting $100 ppd.
