Right, the threat of Ultra 2 makes Latif hesitant to just run mindless burnkick oki. You saw it worked once in Winners, and Latif was able to demonstrate restraint and go for the counter ultra in GFs.

Best EVO yet, the GFs were a bit anticlimactic but the road to finals were sufficiently hype for me. SF was much more hype than MvC3, I'm glad they kept it as the main event.
