Don't forget Limited Edt in Queensway, the selection here is better than Limited Edt Vault in Heeren IMHO (it's a tad far from the Central area but you can just take a cab, tell em you're going to Queensway Shopping Centre or the place with lots of shoes).

Surrender can be found along Devonshire Rd. It's close to Cineleisure(which is across Heeren) which has another Leftfoot branch on the 2nd floor. Surrender stocks Visvim, Headporter, Nbhd, Kuumba and the occassional Wtaps gear. Surrender is actually divided into 2 parts, the other half is Ambush, not too sure what Ambush carries these days, all I'm familiar with is OriginalFake but they used to carry aNYthing and those House of Holland shirts.

If you're looking for Bape items, I think there's a shop in Far East Plaza that sells Bape, something like Bape Workshop, it's quite easy to spot.

Hope this helps, sorta

one more thing..how are prices compared to say the us?

YOu should specify what label you looking for,

As for prices, USA made products should be cheaper in USA. But if you are not going to Hong Kong or Japan after this, just buy em in Singapore and help boost the economy. Plus you can claim 7% Goods and Services Tax at the airport and now is the sale season.

BTW which hotel you staying? Hotels are quite costly these days. But transport is fine for you. You can take the subway or buses. And you can walk if you can tolerate the shitty weather.

yeah, pretty much walking distance since most shops mentioned are in orchard road itself. oh and remember to check out ann siang hill. its just ten to fifteen minutes away from orchard by taxi and you can find the Fred Perry flagship boutique there, as well as Nudie jeans, Flippa K at Style:Nordic, and APC at Front Row

Lovely cafes and bars there too.

Prices are reasonable in Singapore, but the problem is the variety. You can probably only find limited models for each brand, nothing too extensive.

i think we staying at the carlton for a coupl of days and then the 4 seasons for a night

Carlton aint at Orchard Road.

But you still can take a 3 min bus to Orchard Road.

Carlton looks nice from outside but rooms aint fabulous. Great great view though.

4 Seasons? There is a Club 21 Mens store in the same building and its linked to Hilton Hotel which is full of branded store. Next to it is Forum which is also full of branded stores. After shopping, you can pop in to the 4 floors of whore which is opposite Forum.

Just grab info from the Denim in Singapore thread; read the first post and you're all set.

and the dude definitely won't want to hit up the 4 floors. the girls are mostly from his home nation

Hey, they have Viets, Thais, Chinese, Filipinos n Euros.

They even have soon to be former guys if he swings that way.

So they got almost everything for everybody.

how different?

Our walking distance is usually saved for very short distances compared to other countries, thats from my experience anyway.

If they say it's near, usually it isn't for Manila standards, but if you're used to walking long distances then it shouldn't be a problem.

well, walking distance in s'pore generally means 10-15 mins of walking. =)

btw, do drop by newton food centre for local food fares. Drop at newton mrt station (a stop away from orchard mrt)

Newton Food Centre is such a tourist trap though :) But I guess it's a good place to go to sample everything in one go. I like ChomChom/ChompChomp in Serangoon bettter though.
