ordo....that BOC album is brilliant, cheers for reminding me to listen to it.

jmatsu - are those mentors albums good? ive never actually heard them i dont think, but their artwork/theme/song titles etc are funny as shit

soundbomber - i dig that herbaliser mix....the fabric/fabriclive series never disappoint.

homme.homme.....thats one of prince's best records imo, ill have to dig that one out. i remember singing along to that shit as a young kid when it came out in 91/92 or whenever it was....that was the last prince record with any 'real' hits on it

double d.....is the new DEP any good? different/same as miss machine? im shaped at the moment so download speeds are gonna be real slow.

now listening to...

m.a.n.d.y. - live at watergate 010907

Rather like Miss Machine... there's a lot of straight up hardcore tracks on the album, a couple of poppier ones and some new electronic/glitch stuff thrown in for good measure.

The new Envy EP destroys it though. Can't wait for the show tomorrow night...

no shit....?!? didnt even realise envy had a new record out. is that more of the same aswell?

Abyssal came out 2 days ago in Japan, 4 track EP. Hoping to pick up the actual CD up and a tee or two at the show tomorrow, there's a live DVD out too.

It's a fair mishmash, most of it sounds like Insomniac Doze but there's one track that harks back to their sound 5 years ago. Some electronics going on on the last track too.

musically they aren't very talented or unique. catchy at best, but these albums are old.

anyway the lyrics are super funny. homophobia and sexism at it's finest.
