You'd be amazed to know how many people let their trunk open at night.

And to open a vespa trunk that's closed you just have to pull hard on it the lock system is crappy.

To be honest I could've got more for the site if I had waited a few more months, but the new owners definitely did better things with the site and probably doubled the value of the site.

its not as hard as it seems and as you can see it is good money. I'm in the process of selling my next site and hopefully I can get some of the same results with this one. Really its about having ideas that will gain traffic quickly and you can sell it for a quick flip.

I've been able to make this a full-time job and I can work from anywhere..In my opinion it doesn't get any better than this.

I also own dobizo.com, but I'm not ever selling that I'm in it for the long run with that site...its my passion.

I recently got another couple dirt cheap fixer-uppers that are pretty knackered but in an up and coming district off the main drag in my old college town. I have been getting loads of hardwood flooring for $1.65/sq ft and can put it down pretty quickly and I think it's fun to do. I hope I can get them up to spec soon and pull down 15-20% off them as college student rentals. Little crackerboxes are the only thing worth buying these days....

I've got a good savings account, invest, and hold down a job while I'm in school. So, right now, if I get in, I can pay for med school completely without loans.
