Andrew Reynolds started this brand. The name is a reference to his OCD where he has to do shit in 3's.

I'm a huge fan of reynolds and look forward to checking out the lo-tops in person.

Yeah i seen these in person...might as well get some zig zags for $15 vs. $200.

They look pretty cool, but definitely not going to sell. Reynolds is trying to make a cheap buck, did the same thing with Altamont. Shit was way expensive when it first came out, tried selling at places like at American Rag, but im guessing he'll notice only skaters know who he is, and that most skaters that admire him (teenagers) dont have 200 bucks to spend on their favorite pros shoes.
