What's the actual measurement of the waist for 30x34? Will they stretch?

I normally wear 32 Levi's 501xx. I'm comfortable with actual waist 31.5-32~ ".

yeah they do fit bigger. 30x34 is gone. ONly 31x34's left.

Id say they fit about 1size bigger! So get the 31x34's instead.

These aren't the dry coated, they're just black
