steezing on those gym shorts and tanks

wish there was a nice country club around here I could play at so I could enjoy a nice iced tea

my aesthetic fetishism of tennis is on thom browne levels let me tell you

On the country club level - yes.

Out in D1AAA land we get down and dirty - Beat ass shorts, beater polo's from the 90's (complete with brown pits), and warm-ups that make us look geriatric.

Come spring season I'll snap a few tennis waywt's for lolz.

something like that...i do:

forward 3 min level 2

backward 3 min level 3

forward 3 min level 4

backward 3 min level 5

so on and so forth until you hit 20-30 min and you should be going as hard as you can the whole time.

I work out every day and eat protein and I am a wannabe patrick bateman as well.

"In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion."

during lacrosse practice we work our legs, shoulders, and our core.

thats pretty much all we do, we don't really play actual lacrosse.

this should count.

and ddr does count, else they wouldnt have a workout option on the game.

;)

lol their "workout" option just tells you how many calories you burn when you play.
