I'm thinking of ending a friendship with one of the hottest girls I know.

We've been friends for about 2 years and some change. I met her through a girl that liked me, but I ended up sticking with this one instead cause she was ridiculously hot.

Anyways I've been trying to get with her this entire time, which is ridiculous because usually I put a deadline on these kind of things or else you get hit with the friend card.

Your completely right and the sad thing is that I did exactly that. I decided not to get mad and put no further effort in the friendship.

This saturday she drove to my area and wanted to chief (only with me, she didnt want my friends to come along) and insisted we go to a movie. Went to the movie and what does she do? Puts the chair divider between us.

I went through a situation similar to this about 2 years ago. Letting the friendship dissolve is the best thing to do in my opinion. If she calls you out of the blue asking for a favor or wans to hang out, don't do it.

I'd just like to thank everyone for their input especially artificialskys post which was the best reply i've ever read on sufu.

aftermath: I didn't burn the bridge I just informed the troll that lived under it currrent conditions didnt warrant me to continue crossing it at this point in my life. She tried to play the same cards as before, but I laid my game quite flat.

I've tried the quiet withdrawl of friendship route before (if not multiple times) and that didn't work because she was so amazingly hot i'd end up breaking my own resolve due to her persistance.

Putting it quite plainly, shes a very very good player and I represented a dude that refused to fall under her spells. Jayrock you were right, she was using me, but the more I resisted the harder she played at it. I set her straight. Nuff said. If she calls me again it'l be a deal or no deal situation, nothing more nothing less.
