local music scene has spawned the shins, among others. so many artists and actors have homes in new mexico. the art community is really big out here. There's snowboarding, semi-cheap beer, and a lot of places if you're into the outdoors or geology. There's also a shitload of this thing you may have heard of called green chile. Believe the hype. It's amazing stuff.
