HELP !! I think it says arrived but isnt here! Expert w/ EMS plz look!

Okay, thanks for viewing this first of all. I ordered from a japanese proxy person @ supermarket, and he sent me a shirt. So today, i was checking it to see if it arrived. Here is what it said:

Does this mean that the item arrived @ MY HOUSE? or does it mean that it arrived in a postal office in my neighborhood?!

I live in an apartment and the lobby said that nothing came in for me today! I AM SO FRUSTRATED... Someone who have dealt with EMS before, please tell me if this means that the package arrived to my house or nearby postal office, still in transition.

if you had missed the package, they would have left a slip for you to pick up the package @ the post office.
