From the pics it looks like there are two sinch straps below the upper shoulder support sinch straps - it appears as though those could be undone and the strap in the front could be undone to free the top compartment.

got back a little while ago... i'm still jet lagged and on thailand time so i got in line a little after 7 and i was 15 people deep, looks like kids either camped or got there pre-dawn - lots had camping chairs.

the tera patrick tee was sold out in some colors and sizes by the time the first group of people left... i'm thinking they cut back production even more in recent releases, the same thing happened with the joe cool box tees
