Are you absolutely certain about the chest measurements (below armpits) on t-shirts? I mean they seem to be almost the same as shoulder measurements which is absurd and very unlikely. Also, judging by the DH t-shirts I've tried on and owned, they were usually quite a bit bigger in the chest.

just lay it flat in the floor and measure the arm pit to arm pit, and top of shoulder to bottom, that should be accurate enough
