this is easily the best i've found. it's an mp3 blog aggregator, so it collects newly posted mp3s from numerous music blogs and puts them all in one place. seachable by band, song, blog or whatever. you can even listen to the songs in a little flash player, or link to the blog to dl them. best for new stuff and remixes and such, but you can also find some old stuff on there too. highly recommended.
