FS: CDG wool pants, NDG side tape workpants, Dior Homme beanie, Visvim journeyman

Hey guys, the following items are up for sale:

1. Comme Des Garcons Shirt wool/velveteen pants from last fall winter collection sz M (~ 32" waist). Condition 9.5/10, worn twice and sent to professional dry-clean, pretty much as new, no signs of wear. The wool part is grey and the velveteen part is olive. The velveteen material runs along the side of the pants, continuing to the hem. Button adjustable on the waist (see pic). Asking price $200 shipped. I can't remember how much I got them for, but the price I quoted is definitely much lower than what I paid.

2. Nom de Guerre black side tape workpants from last winter collection in sz L (again, ~32" waist). Condition: new with tag. Thick heavy cotton. The side tape (runs along the outseam) is made of 100% silk. Made in Japan. One hidden pocket underneath the front beltloop (see pic). I would say they're straight cut, not necessarily slim but not on the loose/baggy side either. Bought them for $234 before tax, yours for $200 shipped.

3. Dior Homme black/grey wool striped beanie. Got it last winter for $120 before tax from the NYC store. New with tag and in the original plastic bag. Asking price $100 shipped.

4. Visvim Black Elk Journeyman waist bag. I think this pouch is part of their SS 05/06 collection. Made of your favorite soft buttery elk leather. Brand new with tag and in the signature white box. Adjustable velcro waist strap. Very artisanal look. Got it for $230 before tax from Union NYC, yours for $180 shipped.

What is that brown leather strap on the Visvim bag for?

to be honest, i have no idea. you can probably slot in some items that would fit in there (i can't think of any at the moment). there's a couple of small pockets behind that brown one on the main body that can fit in some tools/stationery. plus i forgot to mention that the main opening of the pouch is actually on the part where the elk leather starts and not on the very top of the pouch if that makes sense.
