What should i do in Milan with 24 hours to spend?

Going to meet up with a friend in Milan Tommrow night, return sunday night.

Would be fun to have some tricks up my sleeve for her, anyone with options that are more down to earth and fun than the top notch expense that i am told to expect from the big M, it would help out a lot. I know i will miss most of the city, but should i not miss?

Anything is better than nothing, flame me for not searching, help me out, its all gravy.

I have no idea about Milan on a budget, but I can't say this often enough... even if you're not gonna buy anything, go to the Viktor & Rolf store.
