I feel like you all need some exposure to real house music, if you haven't already.

I'm all for it, please expose me. My current knowledge of house is limited to whatever they play at clubs over here... Axwell, Sebastien Leger, Ian Carey, Mason, The Drill, etc... and after listening through the Justice album twice, I prefer dancing to that stuff over dancing to Justice. I guess I'm just white

Wrong. Beats are not just "beats".

EDM is notorious for having a ridiculous amount of subgenres; some relevant and some aren't- and these subgenres are founded by the producers themselves- not by some clueless music journalist, which is how most pointless subgenres are created. While I don't exactly agree with all of the subgenres, I still acknowledge them out of respect and appreciation. You probably should too.

Obviously, "Blog House" was originally conceived by journalists/bloggers, not by the producers of said genre, therefore, in my opinon it is irrelevant.

I think I still dig some of the original stuff that got released more than this, as far as stuff off this I hadn't heard before, I really only liked Stress and Genesis.

These guys are easily still one of the best dance bands I've seen live, and that's not saying just a ton since not too many of the greats get out to So. Cal, but I honestly liked these guys show more than Daft Punk as far as "dancing my ass of for 40 minutes" factor goes. Shoot me.

Which one is the Uffie track? The Party or whatever? That's my least favorite track on the album, Uffie or not.

yeah man taking your argument to this level was a poor idea. i mean, first you're going to have to qualify by what you mean by real house music, and thats going to be difficult, then you're going to have to work around what people's existing notions of real house are. plus you put yourself on this pedastal by saying 'you all' as though you're the only one who's had this exposure.

If you look in the log it's been removed a bunch of time for being a "mutt rip." This one on megaupload is probably the same one, tracks compiled together of different bitrates, not a true rip of the disc.

It still works, look in the upper right corner: you have to type in three letters / numbers before the download starts to make sure you aren't a bot.

wikipedia sez they sampled Three 6 Mafia for that song--so yea. and i really dislike uffie, but i liked The Party.

i've been listening to this album pretty much everyday since the leak, and if its a mutt album or of poorer quality or just random song rips strung together...wow. how near- perfect are Justice going to be? i didn't really get the hype around them until now.
