Brown Denim?

Unsure of this is a "small question" or if its been covered elsewhere, but since Im in the market for some tan/brown jeans, and others might be interested aswell.

these http://item.rakuten.co.jp/hinoya/700-36/ seem really nice, aswell as some of the weirdly dyed Sugarcanes. I wonder what other options there are, or if perhaps some american/european brands have done something worthwhile in this style that might be more easily available?

I could even imagine some brown old 501s but havent been able to find any on ebay.

I hadn´t seem them (havent really followed Skull since they are a bit too slim for my "style") but they do look great! Probably to slim though, but might work if available in a long inseam.

I have an Engineered Garment brown denim jacket, they might have made jeans in the same material, I'd look for that as EG really fits your aesthetic.

Im constantly watching ebay for EG, as almost everything I´ve seen by them looks great, but very little comes up. No retailers in sweden either.

I haven't seen the piece Fuuma is referring to, but the quality of all their stuff is top notch.

gilded age has a volcano mud wash selvage denim made in japan, stronghold also offers persimmon dyed selvage from kojima, (both are brown) and i believe a few japanese labels both use these fabrics in their lines, not sure which labels though -

The material is light, almost canvas-like. I can't say how highly I think of EG quality and construction at the relatively reasonnable price point it is sold. If you're looking for a traditional workwear aesthetic, I do believe it is the brand to seek. I would be happy to purchase pieces for you if you'd like but, to get the best price available, I'd also check some styleforum affiliates who also carry the line (Drinkwater in Boston, Peasant, probably others...) and could send directly to you.

I'll take a photo of the jacket later on and post it in this thread.

resurrecting this thread cuz im looking for brown jeans. the nicest ive seen so far are the skulls (http://www.fabfour.co.jp/netshop/babe/showcase/BB042.html), but i wanna see if there is anything cheaper/easier to come by. any suggestions?
