Do these run true to size? or should i size up two, down one, etc?

how much for a tight to slim fit.

These are sanforized correct? or no?

How much will they stretch? mostly in the thigh area?

Thuglife, measurements go up January 14th (or later), so not til tomorrow. The denim is the Imperial denim, so look at that thread for stretch issues.
