36 is often the top with most imported brands. Europeans and Asians are a lot slimmer than us big dumb americans!

I know that PRPS, Tsubi, Rogan, Nudie, Edwin and Blue Blood all certainly do make 38's, the problem tends to be finding stores that actually stock them. The best thing to do is to talk to the stores who stock them and ask if they'll get you a pair in.

Prps, carry's those sizes and actuallly stocks them at the Atrium, I was there yesterday, they had a bunch

diesel has 38 and 40 i believe.

seven and true religion has 38 as well.

alot of brands carry 38, but they mostly fit like a 36

In addition to ones people listed already try Sugarcane or warehouse. The rescue APC's in a 36 fit pretty big, close to a 38.

APC's def used to come in 38, I got a pair of the Standards last fall.

i found the best brands w/a 38 fit are the following:

g-star loose fit

evisu

seven (goes up to 40)

true religion

prps (goes to 42, but the 42 fits like a 38)

tsubi, nudie, rogan all of their 38's do fit like 36's
