yesterday...

breakfast: nothing exciting, some bran flakes and a double espresso

lunch at millbrook winery was great...

we shared a tapas plate - with a lovely loaf of bread with parmesan crust, straight from the oven...two dips (beetroot and cumin) dip, roasted chili almonds, roasted eggplant, capsicum and roma tomatoes, chorizo, three types of olives, mini quiches and smoked salmon. for my main course, i had a beef fillet served medium rare, with an onion jam, red wine jus, and a grated potato cake with mustard crust...plus a glass of millbrook merlot.

dinner from matsuri: agedashi tofu, and spider roll set (soft shell crab sushi roll with sesame and japanese mayonaisse, salad, miso etc)

snacky snacks: a choc dipped soft serve cone with chocolate flake; and to watch nacho libre (again), some popcorn and an icy cold heineken.

today...

breakfast: me and the girl whipped up a nice treat....a bacon, tomato and cheese omelette, wrapped in toasted mountain bread....and a double espresso.

lunch: chicken, guacamole, tomato, pepper and jalapeno roll, a nestle diet creme caramel, and another double espresso.

back from vacation tried to get as many food pics as i could, lets begin. i could swear i had more but only these showed up.

milanesa ala neapolitana

hit a buffet, the best part was the asado style pork ribs

steak and grilled veggies

spaghetti carbonara, followed by a chocolate desert that was too much and too sweet

chicken milanesa ala neapolitana, which was the best bar food i ever had, beer was not great though

worst thing i had while in buenos aires a roast beef panini, with round fries

street vendor hamburger, my mom and i had burgers, my brother had a mexican style hotdog

appetizers at the hard rock guadalajara

asados at an argentine restaurant in guadalajara (allow me to introduce myself im in the middle)

beef rib tacos, with the usual onions, cilantro, and chile sauce

after that day i didnt have a camera anymore so you couldnt see the posoles, quesadillas, and even more tacos. also i had a meal that consisted of cow lips and udders in chile sauce, hella gross but i dont have a picture.
