Best Buk Kut Teh in town...

Best beef noodle soup I've ever had, the broth was incredibly light, with subtle flavours to it, and only 6RM too.

The missus and I got addicted to Din Tai Fung, even she admitted it was better than its (original) Taiwanese big brother.

Best Xiao Long Bao I've ever tasted (well compared to Hong Kong, Singapore and London Chinatown's offerings). Though I believe it was down to the Friday evening chef, as one time out of the three times we went, was lunchtime and it wasn't as good (still good though). So major props to this guy...

Went to the Tanzini restaurant as I was informed by my cousin that it had the best view in town... well it did a year ago before construction work started on another new hotel. Never mind, the service and food made up for it.

Interior decor was nice

Rocky road dessert, which had chocolate grounded down with salt and sprinkled at the base, with beetroot pieces. I think it was one of the tastiest desserts I've ever had.
