Nah, saw them here in Brighton. BTBAM were pretty flat (same problem as Meshuggah live), DEP absolutely smashed it though.

Rage were fucking good, just about made it into my top 5 along with Metallica (talk about a return to form), Chromeo, Thrice and the Manics (who probably took the cake for me by playing so much of their early 90s shit).

I really like Klimek so Daniel Menche is just a bonus for me. Not much into Olive, saw him few times already. November looks good, Sylvain Chauveau & Goldmund, Hauschka, Stars of the Lid and Tim Hecker (in Dec).

Well, Olive was lamer than I ever could have imagined. But Menche and KFW killed. Klimek started ok but I quickly got bored and left.

Menche kept his performance antics limited - with good reason considering there were at most 4 of us there who would have known how to respond if he jumped off the stage....
