I think it is essential you get a paypal account. I have an order ready but I can only send through paypal.

google checkout may be a bit annoying for this type of transaction. the only way i know how to do google checkout is through google base.

what you do is you list an item on google base and then have a google checkout button. it will lead you to wear you pay with your credit card. its not like paypal where you have a psuedo bank account type thing.

i guess he can just list an item on google base and say "click here to pay for your item blah blah blah" and have the person pay with their credit card. google checkout does require a bank account though.

Paypal payments are on hold until 4th march....

I dont have access to my paypal account yet because i need to verify my address via a telephone.

but i cant do that becasue i registered it to my UK address and im in Japan.....

so....I have to wait until my dad gets back home (hes in cambodia now and will come to Tokyo next week! ) so he wont be back home unitl the 4th march!!!

its pissing me off so much,,,i hate paypal..!

so basically i have to put all paypal payments on hold until after 4th march

im going to look into accepting google checkout payments now....so ill let you know how that goes!!!

i still cant get a fuckin paypal account set up!

its because im trying to use it from japan but with my UK bank account!

so i cant verify it via the telephone...boooo.

when i get my japanese credit card ill try to set up a japanese paypal account, i applied for a jap' credit card about 10 days a go. so fingers crossed!

but i still dont have a landline here, so maybe difficult to verify my address/phone number??

fuuuk i hate paypal....

so anyway,,

at the moment i can accept:

-bank transfers to my UK HSBC account

-nochex.com credit/debit card payments (UK only)

-moneybookers.com payments (good international service, but you need to upload the money to your account first, needs to be setup and takes about 2-4 days)

so who is able to pay via moneybookers?
