This is the true colour, somehow got bleached out on the other pics, the 1882 plate I stitched on myself, pics not from today.

I guess you could take the middle part out quite easily, but I left it in since it holds my phone perfectly, otherwise it would probably fit my camera, but I find it a a bit too soft for that.

well, you've got that og heritage kinda aesthetic so no, it ain't bad at all. i've seen the denim jacket thing work with outers, ie. duck jkts and leather ones. i mean, theres actually a story or history to this kind of incorporation, ya know? i'd have to see the wool jacket to give you an opinion.
