I recently heard from a Finn that Hel-Looks is one photographer documenting a very specific subculture in Helsinki -- basically people who like to dress up in fucked up costumes. Apparently n ot everyone is a fucking freak in Helsinki, as a casual glance at Hel-Looks would make you believe.
