New to superfuture?

Hi SF'ers.

So now i've been 'round here for about 5 days scattering around in the denim section mostly. And people are always talking and talking about wearing the same jeans for months and years to get them look cooler.

Okay, when u go to SF, u want to gain knowledge about something. And those who wants to gain knowlegde about jeans has to learn a whole lot of terms (starching, soaking, combs, whiskers etc), and it can be kinda hard to figure out which things do what unless u get it on a picture so you can make up ur own mind on a process.

Also people are jittering on about project denim, aging denim and wearing denim 24/7, but nowhere to find any pictures.

So what I was thinking with this thread was a thread where u could post your coolest project denim and tell about which processes they have gone through so all the new ones can get pictures of different things.

so, where are your jeans?

i'm wearing mine now.

i am thinking of soaking them to bring them back into shape.

i think i drank too much last night. and i'm feeling kinda burnt this morning. ech.

i got a little dish detergent on my jeans and it leached the color out. but i don't really care. in a few years, it will probably blend in. whatevs. character, i guess.

i am sitting in a chair.

i wish i brought a sweater. i wanna take off my jacket, but my dress shirt feels kinda too thin and its sorta transparent and i've got these garish HALLOWEEN boxers on that my mom sent me in the mail. it's got a vampire with a syringe on it, all-over-print.

i assembled a coffee table the other day.

er, by the way: nobody here "processes" their jeans; they just wear them. that's all you need to do to get beautifully aged jeans.
