just watched this, after an afternoon spent diligently trying on pants that cost 200+ dollars.

Highlights are:

Buying a dirty bomb in Eastern Europe

Hunting a dinosaur in the Congo

Seeing palestinian boy scouts singing innocuous songs about how "the jews are our dogs, we will knock on the doors of heaven with their skulls"

and other gnarly fucking shit.

Sweet Jesus people, we have wasted/are wasting our lives.

i thought that was a huge waste of time. I mean, they travel to some of the most insane places in the world, DRC,and they go searching for a dinosaur....a dinosaur? i guess if i was some blind hipster in search of really hip stuff, i'd find it really amusing, but the entire DVD was IMO wasted opportunities. Anytime anything started to get interesting, they would roll the credits. So, i thought it was fairly boring but more stupid than anything else......

and then american hipsters go over and try and exploit that stuff. for some reason, i feel like watching a DVD of traveling to remote/dangerous areas of the world should excite you into going to those places, like when they went to the DRC, all I felt was, man this place sucks.
