RAW in Brown, grey, dark indigo, indigo and the contrast stichings really sets the color off.

What about the quality of the skinnying from those 2 shops you mentioned? Cus I've been looking for a good place to tailor. Scared that if I bring to any tailor they'll do a shit job and waste money on an expensive pair of jeans.

clancy is the most professional that ive been too so far. theyre not cheap, but theyre the ones who alter for the agnes b and hugo boss and inhabit stores, so the rep is there.

almost all of my stuff come out spot on, so ive had no complaints.

Clancy is at Far East? #04-13? I get my alterations done there too, but none for jeans so far.

if you could get your hands on the Urban article on denim, that would be great. it listed tailors which does alterations for various brands such as G-star, levi's and many more(can't remember off-hand). i was recommended Tet Tailors at Peninsula by the white dude at nordic.

Vlasi Loslov is their new style i think cos i don't anywhere in their lookbook. i was also surprised cos i din order them initially.

they are a very raw grey with black stiching. the color is fabulous!

Fit picks will come soon as soon as i get a model....i can't wear skinnys la. but the straight legs are perfect! I'll try to take one of myself later...

i cant find a travel in singapore thread or anything so i thought i'd just shoot and ask here.

supposing for new years eve, i needed to plan an event in singapore. with a SGD150 budget per person and a list of say... 200 people. would anyone have any ideas of where i could do this?

just a few criteria.

1) free flow of alcohol - and when i say alcohol, i'm talking house champagne being moet et chandon, tap beer isn't the usual diluted tiger beer crap but kirin/stella artois kinda thing.

2) the organizers would get free rein of the event. ie. all the venue provides is the security, bartenders, catered alcohol etc.

as you can imagine, i need the place to be super classy in a decent location, probably central. seeing as most of the people on this thread seem to have a decent idea of what's hot and not in singapore, i thought i'd ask. so please, holla back asap!
