Denim in Singapore

hey,

guys, i need alittle of advice help.

currently i got an APC new standard of 5 months which unfortunately i size down super small. like tagged size 26 while my waist is 31.

it did stretch and i can button all up, but it's still alittle tight and i hope it can loosen up still.

i didnt wear it daily or most of the time, so the whiskers and honeycomb not very obvious. but recently when i lay it to air outside my balcony, and while i was sleeping, it rain heavily and my jeans is wet.

i found out that the water on the jeans is kinda sticky and i was thinking if it's becos my sweat mix with rain water so it's sticky. so i let it dry.

when it's dry, the whole interior of the jeans looks alittle yellowish while the exterior of the jeans have grow white and brown stuff, i suspect is mold cos of humid and i invert my jeans inside out to dry.

so my question is

1)should i wash it or continue wear it?

2) using cold water or hot water so that it can expand more in the waist?

3) do u guys use starch after wash? such as FAULTLESS

4) do you guys use WOOLITE BLACK to wash if not what kind of detergent you use and where to get it as I do no know in singapore where got sell WOOLITE BLACK.

1) wash it definitely. if it comes to the point of having mold, please wash it. if not you are going to get a yeash infection at spots that you will never want to have. washing will save you a lot of trouble.

2) neither using cold or hot water will cause it to expand. use a waist expander when the denim is wet to stretch it out.

3) no, i do not use starch and i dont think a lot of people make use of starch .

4) i just make use of my normal FAB washing detergent to wash my jeans. using specialised soap for washing is expensive and troublesome to get. i don't see the point of taking so much care of your denim, just wear it like its any other pair of pants and it will take care of itself.

if im not wrong they have the 5010xx black stretch and the ones with the leather patch pockets only...plus they got a couple of pbjs xx005,xx 007 and xx011...

go to the denim store if you're looking for denim. they stock PBJ, Imperials, Flathead, Skull Jeans, Nudie etc. Its situated in Orchard Road at Mandarin Gallery.

hey man, PBJs are 389SGD for xx-005 and 369SGD for xx-011 if I didn't remember wrongly. prices should be high 300+ for flathead as well. can't remember exactly.
