tell me one thing lowrey.

i didn't notice how much more pointier the logan his where in comparison to the vans sk8-hi until i had them in my hands, and i love that, and i want to know if the logan mids are also much more pointier than the vans half cabs, cuz if they are, then i'm sold.

I dont think they're as pointy as the hi's, somewhat rounder. can't compare directly to half-cabs cause I dont have any, but maybe these are just a bit less bulky, not sure though.

^ nice, they fitted me also a bit snug for the first time, just walk them in for a few minutes for better fit.

got the same pair in the same size yesterday from the same site...

yea ive been waiting for these for a month of so now. and it really sucks to find out they're going to be that expensive. but since i'm here in HK for the summer, it also seems to not make sense to buy from a reseller if it ends up being the same price and having to deal with shipments getting lost and/or fakes or whatnot.

hmm sounds like the sizing may differ depending on the actual size then, or maybe it differs on mid vs. hi. I havent tried the hi's so cant say for sure :confused:

mike you are on the money with the sizing.

size wise the mid's are at least one size down i reckon. my US11 hi's are almost too big. my US11 mid's are almost too small. full size difference imo.

they are markedly different from the hi's in many respects. the actual midsole on the mids is much higher up at the toebox. the mids uppers seem more ridgid and thicker. they are defo more chunkier than the hi's.

all in all they are both dope as hell.

Union NYC has nothing in stock in terms of Visvim shoes..

Literally, maybe ONE style in white in a few sizes.

doc gnar. i was in union a few weeks ago asking about fbt's. the guy i spoke with said they generally sell pretty fast, and that union wasn't expecting any in soon. they had some fbt neons, but only smaller sizes. i vaguely recall seeing logans, or keifers (i get the 2 confused). i called about 1 week ago to see if they re-stocked, but alas, no visvims for me.

give them a call if you plan on heading in. the guys on the phone are extremely friendly/helpful: T:212 226 8493

good luck. i'm pretty sure that's the only place to get visvims in nyc.

edit: just gave them a buzz. they have logans in stock, and some sneaker that looks like the kiefer... dude said something about a checkered pattern. no fbt's, but he told me to check back in 2-3 weeks.
