hmm i saw some vans sk8-hi's in an asian magazine and they mentioned something about marc jacobs. i'm guessing the crazy colors are a collabo? I really want that blue and orange one with the white vans logo. Can I find any of those here in Toronto?

They're selling the Marc Jacobs Vans at www.sneakerking.de. They have Sk-8 Hi (2 styles), Classic Slip on (5 styles), Old Skool LX (2 styles), Authentic (2 styles) and Chukka Boot (2 styles). They're running out of sizes quick, though. It's the only place I've seen them online...

Sorry to bump this old thread, but is there any place online to get any of these from? Like the hitop in darkblue/red (or oriental blue / chinese red I think it is), or the one in white/green (+pink)?

I went by the SF store to see if they had them, but they said the las vegas store got the shipment awhile back. He said you could call and mail order them from the store

I got my lowtops in white patent leather by phone order through the botson store about a month ago. The customer service is pretty good, and they're willing to stay on the phone with you and all. Supposedly (at the time i ordered mine) all of the stock of vans from the new york store (and maybe even the rest of the mj stores in the country) was shipped to the boston store. at least that's what the lady working there told me.

I've just woken up from a year's hibernation, only to find that Marc Jacobs seems to have released the koolest sneaker ever, the test pattern slip-on, in my absence. Is there any way at all I'd still be able to find a pair, around size 10, in this big world of ours?

I am lucky enough to have found a pair of test paterns when they were released. I have seen them sell on ebay for over $300. There haven't been any on there for a while though. I am kicking myself that I didn't buy some for resale!
