They were NOT only sold in Boston and New York. They were sold at all the Marc Jacobs boutiques. I grabbed the green highs @ Marc Jacobs on Maiden Lane in San Francisco. They may still have pairs left.

originally, only the ny and boston marc by marc jacobs had these. if there have been more production runs and other stores carry them now, awesome. you can see pics of these on marc jacobs website under special items. i have blue, green, and white hightops in 10 if anyone is interested...i also have a couple pair of slip ons.
